Join us for this introduction to foot and ankle health for fly anglers. This condensed 30 minute practice will include various methods and techniques to help build both strength, mobility, and resiliency in your feet as well as your ankles.
A note on accessibility: this entire practice will take place seated. No equipment is needed.
You’re welcome to join with your camera on or off. This class will be recorded and available for the duration of one week for those who cannot attend the live version.
