Wade Well is a science based mind-body methodology specifically created to support fly anglers within their dynamic pursuits. We focus on joint strength and longevity, functional movement, standing balance, and mindfulness technique within the context of angling. We’re interested in injury mitigation, chronic pain prevention, and healthy long-term movement both on and off of the water.

Lindsay’s a certified Functional Range Conditioning mobility specialist, MovNat natural movement and strength coach, yoga instructor, and myofascial Release specialist. The Wade Well Method seamlessly integrates her comprehensive education and experience to offer unique and practical training and guidance.

Lindsay’s available for private instruction, regularly occurring classes, specialty presentations as well as small and large group gatherings. Her diverse experience emphasizes teaching within a wide range of environments, including corporate retreat settings, lodges and outfitters, fly fishing schools, and outdoor education spaces. She teaches the Wade Well method both in-person and virtually, and also facilitates within her signature fly fish and wellness retreat settings.
