Developed by Lindsay Kocka, a certified Functional Range Conditioning mobility specialist, MovNat natural movement coach, Functional Kettlebell strength trainer, therapeutic yoga teacher, and myofascial release practitioner, the Wade Well Method blends techniques from mobility training, strength and stability work, breath mechanics, and mindful recovery to meet the real demands of outdoor life: long days standing, wading, casting, and traveling.
