Meet Lindsay.
Lindsay Kocka is the creator of the Wade Well Method — a lifelong student and professional educator of movement, mobility, mindfulness, and outdoor performance. Her approach blends neuro-informed movement, joint health, and recovery science to help you stay capable and resilient in the environments you love.
Lindsay’s also an experienced fly fishing instructor, and founder of Aquila Women’s Fly Fishing Academy. She leads education based clinics and events in the greater Bozeman, Montana area to support the women’s fly angling community.
